Our personal training sessions will provide the personal attention necessary to help you reach your personal fitness goal and at the same time teach YOU how to design and continue a result-driven program so you can become independent and confident after we are gone! Whether it’s weight loss, sports performance or to raise yourself to a new level of health, our trainers will help you design a program to help you become a champion.
We offer the following selections:
-Not sure you’re ready for bootcamp? Here we will help you get the basics so that you can build upon a strong foundation. This pre-prep course is designed with the intention of taking a beginner and in 2-3 weeks, making them bootcamp ready. These sessions will be limited to 1-3 people and you can expect results fast.
Sport Specific Training:
-Got a competition coming up? Trying to learn a new sport? Whatever your goal may be with Sport Specific training we will analyze your mechanics and design a program that will help you reach the top of your game! These sessions will be 1 on 1 so that you have our complete undivided attention to the details you need addressed.
Goal Specific Training:
-Trying to lower your cholesterol? Needing to be able to keep up with a 4 year old? Want to become a fat burning machine? How about sculpting a lean, fit you? We will help you figure out what you need to work on and tailor make a plan to get you there. These sessions will be 1 on 1 so we can focus all of our attention on getting you to your goal ASAP.
